Reiki, a Unique Healing Method
Reiki is a unique healing method in which the healer conducts Universal Life Force Energy to the intended recipient. In other words, through a gentle laying on of hands, or by no touch at all if you prefer, you can receive the healing energy of Reiki. Relax. The Reiki practitioner facilitates the flow of energy to you.
Reiki accelerates your body’s natural healing process on all levels:
- physical
- emotional
- spiritual
Reiki has no barrier of time or space, allowing a Reiki practitioner to offer healing energy to any person or situation in the past, present and future. You don't have to be present to receive Reiki. The healing energies can travel over distance and offer full benefit.
Karuna Reiki®
Compassionate healing, like a gentle energy bath, allows healing on a deeper level, often with greater results. Karuna offers gentle sound and cellular healing. Your experience for a Karuna session includes Guided release and healing specific for you to complement any healing method. Karuna Reiki® is offered by request as a part of your healing session.

The healing power of touch is well known. Babies thrive when they are held, people find comfort in stroking their pets, and a hug connects us heart to heart. We express Universal Life Force Energy and Reiki through our daily connections with others, with nature and with our intent.
What is Reiki?
Thousands of years ago, the Chinese discovered that balancing the flow of energy in the body restores good health. Modern science validates this energetic principle: according to Russian scientists, "There exists in all living things a plasma energy field, without exception."
The Kirlian photographs shown here illustrate the presence of this plasma energy field. Mapping the magnetic fields in the space around the body often provides a more accurate indication of physiology and pathology than traditional electrical measurements, as pathology significantly alters the bio-magnetic field.
Offering Reiki
When channeling universal energy, the Reiki practitioner acts as a “lightning rod”, or an intermediary, allowing the energy to flow from the universe through them to their subject. The practitioner conducts energy without any specific intent, other than that the energy contributes to the subject’s highest and greatest good. The energy goes where it is needed.
Receiving Reiki
Recipients tend to experience many benefits from Reiki including:

- a shift in emotional state

Private Reiki Sessions
Initial Reiki sessions last 60-90 minutes and include guided intuitive information specific for you.
You can expect a soothing and quiet atmosphere for your relaxation and healing experience. Allow yourself to receive the maximum benefit for your physical and soulful well being. During your session I may receive Guided Intuitive messages specific for you. I share these messages with you as I receive them to facilitate your healing process. After your session I am happy to discuss with you any guided intuitive information that was received.

Guided Intuition
Information from Source, from your guides or from your higher self often come through during your session. This information can come in the form of images, sounds and feelings I receive on your behalf. As I share these messages with you, we work together to co-create your healing at your highest level and at your pace. One session may initiate a healing process for you. Animals love Reiki. I offer Reiki sessions for animals and Reiki classes for you to learn how to offer Reiki to your beloved animals. Just join one of my classes!
Pricing for Reiki sessions for animals is $45 for 20-30 minutes. Guided information through animal communication is included.
