Spanky’s Story; Valley Fever and Heat Stroke

Spanky is a 14 year old cocker spaniel living in AZ. Extreme hot temperatures are always a concern for pets, but for older pets or ones with a health challenge and low immune system it can be even more concerning. In Spanky’s case vets were very concerned about her valley fever and now, a high white blood cell count. They offered no hope to her mom, Jenny.

Jenny contacted me about helping Spanky with Valley Fever. We started Spanky on Waiora’s MegaDefense and Natural Cellular Defense zeolite right away. Two weeks later Spanky found her way outside while mom was at work. Since Spanky was unable to get back inside she was discovered by her mom who rushed her little old girl to the emergency room. When Jenny picked her up from the hospital after 2 days of hydration and watchful care she fortunately had no side effects from the heat stroke. A follow-up call from her regular vet revealed Spanky’s valley fever test came back negative and her white counts are back in the normal range. Jenny says, “I have been giving her MegaDefense and NCD (Natural Cellular Defense zeolite) for a couple of weeks now and know this is what has pulled her through. Wahoo!!! Thank you Rosemary!”
